Our mission

As a company with a mission, LINAGORA has been developing ethical Free and Open Source Software (‘GoodTech’) for over 20 years, promoting respectful and transparent technological use that has a positive impact on society and the planet.

Our principles

LINAGORA, a major player in digital ethics and Open Source, respects the legal principles of data protection:

  • Purpose limitation: Personal data is collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, with no subsequent re-use incompatible with these purposes.
  • Data minimisation: We limit the information we collect to what is strictly necessary, avoiding any unnecessary collection.
  • Limitation of storage: Data is kept only as long as necessary, and then deleted, anonymised or archived in accordance with legislation.
  • Integrity and confidentiality: LINAGORA applies rigorous security measures to protect personal data, including encryption and access controls.

These principles are integrated into the design of our services, in accordance with the RGPD, and are imposed on our subcontractors and partners.

Our services

The LINAGORA website presents our products, services and news. Contact forms allow visitors to ask questions, request information or make specific requests.

Our data processing

  • Contact information: When users make requests via our site, we collect their name, email address and message in order to respond to them. This data is kept for 13 months and then deleted or anonymised.
  • Cookies and browsing data: Statistical cookies, which are kept for 6 to 24 months, are used with your consent to analyse browsing and improve the user experience via Matomo Analytics. You can manage and withdraw your consent to cookies at any time.
